Are you a GP or Health Professional?
What we do for your patients
We assess, and examine patients that you refer to us, and formulate a clinical impression that informs a Treatment Plan. This includes elements of regular review, discharge when the Treatment Plan is completed, and reporting back to you (or calling if urgent).
As part of our normal process we regularly refer patients back to you when there is a medical problem that requires additional assistance.
